Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was a student for three years in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. The money she earned came from the student allowance, and relied off on a part-time job to supplement her budget. Lennox did not feel satisfied with the level of her performance compared with other students at Royal Academy and began looking at other options. Lennox played flute in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. She quit the group prior to their appearance in I.T.V's Talent program New Faces. The main part of her role was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. In this band, she got to know Dave Stewart and together they created The duo Eurythmics. Lennox was later able to record her debut solo album Diva. The album came out in 1992. It was an enormous hit as well as sales and critically acclaimed. Nostalgia Lennox's 6th solo album was released in the month of November. This C.D. Lennox selected her favorites blues and soul from the time of her childhood. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox published Lepidoptera which is a compilation comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. Her first album"Now I'm Letting You Go... was released as the soundtrack to her exhibit of artwork in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and musician and singer. After minor successes as a part of the group known as The Tourists in the late 1970s, she and her fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to become internationally renowned as the duo known as Eurythmics during the 1980s. Lennox launched her solo career by releasing her debut album Diva in the year 1992. This was the source of many hit songs like Why andWalking in Broken Glass. Medusa a studio album released in 1995, has songs that are re-imagined from her biggest hits, such as No MoreI Always Love Yous (and The Whiter Shade of Pale). Her credits include six studio albums solo and one compilation. |
